Current research themes
My group uses high-precision U-Pb geochronology (CA-ID-TIMS) and high-throughput laser-ablation U-Pb, trace-element and Hf isotope analysis to put absolute ages on key events in Earth history. We run the U-Pb geochronology platform at Geotop-UQAM and work with partners across Canada, Europe, Africa, South America and the USA. Current projects are funded by NSERC (Discovery, Alliance and International Alliance), FRQNT, CFI, NSF and ICDP.
